Physicians, CNMs, PAs, NPs and other healthcare professionals interested in OB/GYN and contraception.

 


Educational Needs Addressed

This webinar will provide an overview of the current federal legal and policy landscape concerning reproductive health, rights, and justice. We will focus particularly on the ongoing legal and policy advocacy efforts to ensure nationwide access to quality and affordable contraception services, as well as what to expect from the Biden-Harris administration on these issues.

 

Educational Objectives

Participants at the conclusion of this webinar will be able to:
1. Review the Trump administration’s efforts to curb access to contraception services
2. Identify key federal lawsuits filed by advocates in response to the Trump administration’s efforts to deny contraception coverage
3. Identify key legislative and policy proposals to ensure access to contraception services
4. Discuss the reproductive health, rights, and justice priorities laid out by the Biden-Harris administration
