To receive a certificate for your participation in this activity, you will need to complete the evaluation survey at the end of this activity and in the last question select that you wish to receive CME or CNE credit. PICCK will send your certificate directly to you via email. You can expect your certificate within two weeks of completing the evaluation survey.
